6. Returns

You may request a return by emailing lorvestudio@outlook.com within 30 days after delivery.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn and unwashed, with their tags and original packaging. The buyer pays return-shipping costs.

LORVÉ Studio covers return-shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. The ordinary return conditions do not prevent us from reviewing those claims.
