Requesting a return

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To request a return, email us at lorvestudio@outlook.com.

Change-of-mind returns

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with their tags and original packaging. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective or incorrect items

If an item is defective or we sent you the wrong item, please contact us at lorvestudio@outlook.com. LORVÉ Studio will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.

The ordinary return conditions above do not prevent us from reviewing a claim about a defective or incorrect item.
